I recently called on My Sales to assess my damaged laptop for insurance purposes. Their assessment was completed very efficiently and I was able to email the assessment through to my insurance company the same day and have my laptop replaced very quickly. My Sales also downloaded my data off my damaged laptop on to their server and then reloaded this back on to my replacement machine, once again very quickly and efficiently – even going out of their way to deliver my new laptop with all my data intact back to me at my workplace within an hour of dropping it off.
